This is our first video of 07 and also the first video with our new camera! This marks a point in Herping With Dylan where our videos actually started looking good. Our old camera was nothing more than a still camera with an MPEG function. No chance of close-ups or anything with that one.
    This road si one of my first places I hit in the spring. A rainy night in late Feb. or early Mar. always bring out the spotted salamanders. This is one of my most reliable spots for finding salamanders. It is quite a sight to see upwards of 100 salamanders in one night. Very cool!
