It is always aweosme to see the timber rattlesnake and this one was no exception. We found this one in an area where someone has been dumping trash for years so it was a bit of a junkyard. We literally found this one under an abandone car. This was such a great snake to shoot a video with. Very cooperative.
    I also took this opportunity to address some issues about handling venomous snakes. My official stance: Don't do it. Not only is it not safe, but in IL it is illegal, which I found out the hard way.
