Back at the tin site I recently created we turned up a very nice looking blue racer. This was right at sunset after the sun had warmed the tin up all day. This is a very cool find for us. Despite how common the blue racer is in this area, it is still probably my favorite snake to find. They always have such a crazy personality, there is never a dull moment.

    Neither one of us are thrilled with the way this footage looks. We just lost the day light so fast and ha no means of artificial lighting with us. Since this video we have purchased an LED light to aid us when shooting at night.
